s Blueberry Surprise Jello Salad s   



Yields: 12 Servings


Ingredients

2 packages (3 oz each) Raspberry flavored gelatin Jello
2 cups Boiling water
1 package (3 oz) Cream cheese softened
1 can (20 oz) Crushed pineapple with juice
1 can (15 oz) Blueberries with juice
1 cup Heavy cream


 
Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Gradually blend into cream cheese. (Using a blender makes it smooth quickly). Fold into pineapple and blueberries. Whip cream and stir into gelatin. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate. (Lighter color will come to top).
