Ingredients

1 package Craft caramels
1 package German chocolate cake mix (Betty Crocker)
1 package Chocolate chips (Ghirardelli)
1/3 cup Evaporated milk
1/2 cup Butter
1/3 cup Evaporated milk (again)


 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray (or grease).
Melt 1/2 cup butter in microwave.
Add cake mix and 1/3 cup evaporated milk to melted butter.
Spread 2/3 of batter into bottom of pan (use ice cream scooper to divide batter).
Bake for 6 minutes.
Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk over stove top.
Drizzle caramel over the baked "crust" (cake mixture).
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of caramel.
Spread (by making little patty things) the remaining cake batter over the top of chocolate chips.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool for 30 minutes.
Refrigerate brownies.
