2 cups Sour cream |

Instructions Boil potatoes with skin on for 30 minutes (until just tender). Cool. Peel and grate into 9' by 13' casserole dish (or put hash browns into the casserole dish). Combine soup concentrate, sour cream, cheese, 1/2 cup butter and onions. Gently blend into potatoes. Combine cornflakes and 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
